Problem with iOS 8.3

The apps shift position reading is extremely inaccurate showing incorrect gear position. For example, I have a 5 speed manual and the app will show 6. Sometimes it will display the position in neutral when its not. Until this app addresses this issue I will turn off this feature as it is useless.

Cannot see the GoPros preview in the app. Prior to this firmware I could see it. The footage would record on both the GoPro and the iPad which made it easy for me to just export it from the app to the camera roll then into the pc with the telemetry attached. Now I cant see anything. Whats the problem?
